Nice place with free wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with a local taxi number, great! I'm coming back for a xmas.

Appetising and high quality food.

The rooms are huge and cheap, equipped with facilities to make tea, a kettle and coffee. The bathroom is large, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are understanding!

Everything is great.

The location is handy, 4 km from Chadderton Hall Park. Furthermore, its next to shopping centre, and a stream. The room is marvellous and essentials you need, including a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and satellite TV, is right there.

Appreciated my really amazing stay on this visit. The setting was favourable and ideal, close enough to Oldham town centre and the tram, secure park, and the Etihad stadium. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Werneth Golf Club.

Fairly clean place with pleasant and polite staff. Easy check in and easy check out.

We only stayed one night for a party and it was way better than I expected! Nice clean room, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast for just £6 was a steal, really tasty! Just be careful during breakfast rush. It got kinda busy with only one person cooking. Pretty happy with the stay!

close to great parks and landmarks for weekend strolls

during my stay, I really appreciated the nearby Alexandra Park, just a short stroll away, and the charming Werneth Park with a lovely green space, making the weekends so enjoyable despite some hotel issues like a noisy atmosphere.

The quadruple room offered ample space for the family. Conveniently located with easy access to transport, our parking experience was seamless.

I encountered significant noise disturbances with slamming doors and shouting from neighboring rooms that lasted well into the night. The cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, frustrating when you're hoping for a refreshing experience. It was like there were security concerns with some questionable characters hanging around the hotel. I expected better for the price I paid.

I appreciated the spacious and clean double room with a comfortable stay and easy accessibility throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

More seating in dining area would be beneficial.

This was a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Oldham with reasonable value. The food was delicious, especially the pudding, made by a fantastic cook. A tip for future visitors, take advantage of the late breakfast hours so you can sleep in a bit longer.

The location is perfect for public transport. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything I needed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, super clean. Those factors.
